Having worked for large successful tour operators throughout the last 20 years I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of contact centre roles from the ground up.  I have been on the development journey myself and experienced the highs and lows of leading large teams across sales and service front and back office and overseas functions as well as implementing various business transformation projects.

I firmly believe in creating effortless and innovative customer experience through clear and constructive people development and technology implementation.  I like nothing more than to use my knowledge and expertise in these areas to cultivate people and business growth which joining a great team of like-minded people at Marelo has enabled me to do.
